Description
The painting “Speak to Me” draws inspiration from a poem in Khalil Gibran’s book *The Prophet* which is written into the painting. In this poem, the prophet speaks to the people about love, portraying it as both the most beautiful and the most challenging of human experiences. Love pushes us to the edge and makes us grow in ways nothing else can, filling our lives with meaning. Despite its trials, the prophet urges us that love is worth pursuing wholeheartedly because a life without love is a life half lived.
